Congratulations to North Woods Seniors, Class of 2013, on their Graduation! Cook Area Credit Union was excited to hand out two scholarships for $750 to recipients Sara Longworth and Leena Hauta. There were many great applicants, and we are sincerely proud of the entire 2013 Class! Best of Luck Graduates !
The Cook Area Credit Union will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, Monday May 27th. We will resume with normal business hours on Tuesday. Have a Great Weekend!
Cook Area Credit Union is hosting their annual “Shredding Day” Thursday, May 9th from 11am-1pm in the Cook Area Credit Union Parking lot. This service is FREE to all members, so bring all of your old documents in to be destroyed- FREE of charge! No plastic, rubber or metal accepted-please limit your amount to 5 paper grocery bags!
Cook Area Credit Union will be closing the lobby area on 5/2/2013 at 3:30pm for construction reasons. We will leave the drive up open for your banking needs, and will be here to answer your calls. We are excited for you to see this all come together and truly appreciate your patience!

The Credit Union is continuing on with its remodel/expansion project! Look under NEWS TAB for full information.
Now that the expansion is complete, it is time to freshen up the old! Starting at the end of March, STSPS will be remodeling the teller/lobby area! This will create a more spacious and private atmosphere for our growing members and staff. This project is anticipated to last until end of May.
A Reminder that on March 1st the US treasury is requiring that all US Treasury checks be Directly Deposited into an account. If you currently have an account and need help setting up the direct deposit we can help you. If you are experiencing issues signing in or signing up as a new user with our online banking, please call us to verify we have your email and updated information on file.
We have also found a resolution to some other Online banking issues… While in your web browser at the top of your screen go to tools and delete browsing history. Check off temporary Internet files, cookies, and history. This will clear your cache. This has fixed many of the issues that our members have had with such things as- History was not printing correctly, Tab was missing at top of screen, password was not working correctly when known it was right, etc.
