The Cook Area Credit Union now works with Consumer Loan Services (CLS) to offer fixed rate mortgages. Cook Area Credit Union with CLS now offers fixed 10 year, 15 year, 20 year, and 30 year mortgages. If you chose to finance your home with this option we will service the loan. This means that the Cook Area Credit Union can accept your payments, no mailing them to another state. We can also answer any questions on your loan at anytime.

CLS also gives us the opportunity to offer;
Second Home Loans, Land Loans, Constructions Loans (12 mo period only), Jumbo Mortgages, Adjustable-rate loans for 1, 3, or 5 years.
